All utilities at Norea City are underground — power, water, sewerage, telecoms, and fibre — eliminating overhead clutter and improving storm resilience. Capacity is sized for full build-out so future tenants and residents face no upgrade surprises. Dedicated substations, water treatment, and stormwater management are integrated with the masterplan from day one.
