Norea City featured in Phnom Penh Post as a model for waterfront urbanism
The Phnom Penh Post highlights Norea City's master plan as a benchmark for mixed-use riverside development in Southeast Asia.
Norea City was profiled this week in the Phnom Penh Post's property review, with editors pointing to the project as a model for how Phnom Penh's next generation of waterfront developments can balance density, lifestyle, and infrastructure quality.
The feature highlighted the project's 125-hectare island setting at the meeting of the Mekong and Bassac rivers, the integration of residential, commercial, and recreational uses within a single masterplan, and the early delivery of public realm — most notably the Koh Norea Parkway boardwalk.
OCIC's leadership team noted that the coverage comes at a moment when Phase I of Norea Square has just completed and pre-sales of the Townhouse Collection are open to qualifying investors.
